My Mehendi Attempts....

Let me  say something about how I learned  mehendi designing. I really love to put mehendi on my hands even from my childhood days. On dos days,it was very strict for me to wear new dress, matching bangles, mehendi,  flowers on hair whenever i go for marriages and other such occassions ... My cusn sisters are very good at mehendi designing. During eid and all , my pappa take me to their home and my sisters adorn my hands with their creative designs, which makes me so happy.... I cant even imagine a eid day without mehendi on my hands ... :( ...

My umma always motivate me and ask me to try by  myself to put mehendi in my hands. But I didnt  wanted to make an attempt in my own hands   with my designs. As I have a lil sis and she always giv her hands for my trial experiments on designing, somehow I started improving in designing. Then I started to collect some mehendi design books from my cusns and tried to draw like dat.

This is one of my designs which I put on my friend soumya's hand for her marriage. Its  very easy to learn a thing if we have some patience and keen interest to learn that stuff.. In mehendi designs, I usually  prefer arabic designs ,with shadings ...it looks simple, attractive, beautiful and easy to design with lil time.
